I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were comfortable and had great views, but the service was lacking, especially during check-in where we were overcharged by the taxi driver. They seem frustrated with management not addressing regular customer complaints. The dining experience offers a variety of courses with a delicious Pork Belly, but the hotel's own services are pushed. Despite some drawbacks, the facilities are adequate for a comfortable stay.
